Gauri Pawsey is a Junior Research Assistant at the None in Three Research Centre, India. She completed her graduation in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi and thereafter received her Master’s in Women’s Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.
Due to her keen interest in Partition History and Films, she wrote her thesis on the topic ‘Women, Violence and Displacement: Partition Cinema through a Gendered Lens’. She has previously designed curricula for school students around sexuality education and has contributed to workshops around gender sensitisation; workplace sexual harassment; and reproductive rights of women.
In her free time you might find her curled up with a Japanese Manga or polishing her watercolour painting skills.
