Mehak is a 3rd year Communication Design student with a passion for life, art and environment. She has always grabbed opportunities that demand stepping out of her comfort zone. Recently, she participated in a Self-Expression and Leadership Programme under which she took up a community project to skill the underprivileged into making up-cycled products. Currently, she is building a brand that will become a Global Up-cycling Industry with the goal to reduce stress from landfills. Her first solo Art Exhibition was held in 2015. She sold her first painting to an Irish artist at the age of 15 at the Pune Expat Club. At college, she was the Lead Volunteer for “Making Design Visible, 2018”, an event that celebrated good design in Mumbai.
