Omayma is a PhD candidate at the University of Huddersfield, where she commenced her current studies in January 2017. She holds a bachelors in Graphic Design and completed her MSc in 2015 in Computer Animation and Visual Effects.
Her current research interest focuses on the employment of immersive games and futuristic approaches to change behaviours and encourage the adoption of new technologies. Omayma’s PhD investigates the use of design fiction to stimulate the adoption of autonomous vehicles through prototyping and what-if scenarios.
