Vikki Hart was the Centre Manager for the None in Three Centre and is a member of the Centre Management Group.
She has extensive experience of working within a Higher Education setting and of supporting large scale, international projects. These have including: an EU (FP7) €2.8 million, 6-country study on the impact of parental imprisonment on children, and None in Three’s EU-funded project in Barbados and Grenada amongst others.
Vikki is responsible for establishing, implementing and managing a number of systems and processes, which are necessary to support the work of the None in Three Centre. She also has responsibility for the planning and management of all research administration relating to the activities of academic staff, financial and personnel management, communication and visibility activities. She also plays a key role in developing and maintaining effective relationships with the Centre’s funders and collaborative research partners.
She worked closely with the Operations Director, Principal Investigators, Country Directors, Work Package Leaders, and University finance and other professional services staff, in order to ensure the effective implementation of the Centre’s activities, in line with objectives, budgets, legal and ethical requirements and agreed timescales.
Vikki is now the Centre’s Operations Manager.
