Rula Abu Elrob is a PhD candidate in Linguistics/Conversation Analysis at the University of Huddersfield. She was awarded her MA in Applied Linguistics from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) in 2006. She has ten years’ of teaching experience as a lecturer at JUST in Jordan, and King Saud University and University of Hail in Saudi Arabia. Rula’s book ‘Gender Differences in Using English Writing Strategies’ was published in 2012 by Lambert Academic Publishing/Amazon Books. She has also presented papers at the 2nd and 4th Annual Conference at the University of Huddersfield, the ESP Conference at Oxford University and the PALA Conference at Birmingham University.

Rula is interested in being part of the Media Gathering Team to explore new ideas and learn new skills. Ni3 also provides the opportunity to communicate with people from different cultures and fields of study which she is looking forward to.
