Ni3 India event – Understanding Gender Bias in the Legal System
In the lead up to None in Three’s mid-project summit in India in June 2019, Ni3 India is pleased to host a series of talks around gender bias, which will engage stakeholders, and increase awareness and participation.
The first talk in the series will take place on International Women’s Day, 8 March 2019, with guest speaker Adv. Veena Gowda, a lawyer with more than two decades’ experience in practice in the High Court of Bombay, Family Court and other trial courts. She has contributed to shaping our initial research approach for Ni3 India. She will be delivering a talk on Understanding Gender Bias in the Legal system.
